Iftar – Dry food distribution

Dawa Somalia implemented Iftar – Dry food distribution project  through which food assistance was delivered to vulnerable Households living on the outskirts of Mogadishu, specifically in Garasbaaley District – Busley IDP site.

This project was  targeted 200 households  displaced by drought, who were in urgent need of support and humanitarian assistance.

Each household  received:

  • Rice – 10 kg
  • Flour – 10 kg
  • Sugar – 10 kg
  • Cooking oil – 3 liters
  • Dates – 2 kg

This project is part of the ongoing efforts to support our distressed brothers and sisters and to reduce the impact of drought and harsh living conditions.
