Ensuring Access to Safe Drinking Water in Rural and Urban Communities
MADA understands the importance of safe drinking water for both people who live in cities and villages as well as for livestock in remote rural areas. The MADA, in collaboration with its partners, was able to drill new wells, to rehabilitate dozens of artesian water wells.
MADA works for the availability of safe drinking in the following ways:
- Drilling new artesian wells and provides the required processing equipment.
- Rehabilitate and repair old artesian wells with new equipments.
- Drilling surface wells and installation with hand pumps.
- Conduct water supply campaigns in water distribution tankers to the affected areas.
